3, check the triangle belt, fan running for some time, the triangle belt will stretch. At this time, the fixed bolts of the motor are loosened, the motor is moved, the tension triangle is taken to a suitable position, the motor is fixed and the bolt is tightened tightly, and the end face of the motor pulley and the fan pulley is taken to be in the same plane. At the same time, check the tightening screw two pulley is loose.
4, often check the fan and motor running condition, if found noise, temperature is not normal, should stop in time to overhaul.
5, daily inspection of oil spills, leaks and repair parts, if not repaired, please notify the manufacturer immediately.
6. Clean the air conditioning room regularly, keep it clean and well ventilated.
7, daily inspection safety valve flexibility, such as not flexible, please wash debugging, to ensure reliable opening and closing.
